We celebrated my "little" brother's birthday after church on Sunday. Natalie rode to my parents' house with Zach (my brother) and Jeff and I trailed a bit behind with the boys. When we walked in the door we saw Natalie. No wonder she never wants to come home - this is the royal treatment she gets at Grandpa and Grandma's house... Soda with a licorice straw.
Naturally, the boys had to have some as well. Don't worry - we brushed teeth forever that night!

ReplyDeleteI realized recently, we don't have enough pictures of just the two of us, my husband and I. And, although I hate how I look, I want something we can look at years from now and remember "back in the day".
And, at least the soda was diet!! ( :
I was just thinking the same thing about pictures of us. On V-day so many people were posting pictures of them and their spouse, and I realized that since I got my digital camera, I have like ONE of Jeff and I (from 3 years ago). That's horrible! So, even though we're not stoked about how we look right now either, we're vowing to take more pictures as well. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, (hopefully you'll read this, lol) I was thinking that you and I should take our 8 year old daughters on a date sometime together (I'm thinking $1.50 theater or something, lol). We would LOVE it! :)
