Fit Friday

I don't have much time today (or this week at all as you can see from my lack of being "around") but wanted to at least post my "Fit Friday" two weeks in a row as it's got to be some sort of record, right?

When I stepped on the scale this morning I was not exactly excited. I had worked hard this week and just feel like it didn't show on the scale, but I guess any loss is better than nothing (or gaining!) so I'll just go with it.

Down 1 pound again this week. It's slow going, but at least it's going.


Total lost: 22 lbs
Still to lose: 33 lbs (to ultimate goal)

    1. Thank you! I think the only reason I get frustrated is because I'm nursing and most people drop weight like crazy when they're nursing but my body holds onto it like it can't live without it. UGH. BUT, I've done this before and I'll do it again, it's just going to take longer and I'm going to have to be more patient than I was last year when losing the same numbers. I can't drop my calorie intake like I normally would because of the nursing, either, but I'm just pushing forward one step (pound) at a time. :)
